ANOTHER DEAL FOR GORDON ?

Hope Shiraz Socialist will forgive me quoting direct but this has to go as far as it can in the left blogosphere and beyond ..........The “Big Four” unions (Unite, Unison, GMB and CWU) apparently voted in favour of a “compromise” deal at this week’s Labour National Executive Committee because Brown’s people told them that the alternative was no legislation on agency workers’ rights. What's more, they had not even SEEN the submissions from CLPs, most of which were allegedly against the move. So idiots like you and me basically filled in Gordon's consultation, said our bit, and hoped it would be listened to. So much for "Extending and Renewing Party democracy." It stinks. And it must be exposed.....
