Much has been made of the fact that Alasdair Campbell excised nasty references to Gordon Brown in his Diaries. So it's interesting he chose to include the ( to say the least of it) embarrassing tale of Gordon Brown locking himself in the lavatory in 1994 as the two were battling it out as to who should stand for Labour leader. Frankly, this seems to be the level of most of the "revelations" so far. Self-serving, stupid tittle-tattle.My last word on the subject......

No one could be embarrassed, humiliated or in any way disparaged by anything Campbell might have to say. Indeed, each insult from him should be worn as a medal!
