It certainly has started:, on a email list I am on, one woman has described someone cold calling her from a call centre in the evening, informing her of her 'options' for looking for work, he was on for over twenty minutes, some ill people are going to find this very unsettling
But, where is civil society, the civil rights lobby, the unions, etc?, if this was any other group there would be uproar.

And there's an annoying smug editorial in today's Observer welcoming these bloody awful pernicious reforms.
