GANG OF ONE MAKES COMEBACK

Got to hand it to Gordon. Full of surprises. Now it seems the erstwhile Labour turncoat Shirley Williams is to join his team of "all the talents." Baroness Shirley, who left Labour over its stance on nuclear disaramament amongst other things, will be advising him on nuclear proliferation. As anything else I write would not be particularly edifying I will leave it there and go to the Co-op......
PS: For those of you who won't remember,the SDP were pretty instrumental in consigning Labour to electoral defeat in 1983 and 1987. others to watch out for in Brown's Govt. David Owen, Chris Patten, Michael Portillo.....
